"Help Them" reads this Department of the Treasury poster from the US government that was created during World War 1. The subheading reads "Keep you war savings pledge". Posters like this were widely distributed during the war, designed to sell stamps to support the war effort. The artwork depicts three soldiers firing a Lewis machine gun with a second machine gun firing in the background. The original artwork was done by artist Casper Emerson. The poster was originally published in 1917. A great gift for any war history aficionado! I digitally restore the raw scans of these 100+ year old posters and make them much more suitable for printing, but I do my best to keep them as close to original as possible. The original posters were approximately 20" x 30" NOTE: This listing is just for the poster reprint and is not framed. It will come rolled in a shipping tube.
