"Spirit of 1917 - Join the U.S. Marines"

"Spirit of 1917" reads this recruitment poster from the US Marine Corps that was created during World War 1. "Join the U.S. Marines" it continues, across the bottom. Posters like this were widely distributed at military recruiting stations during the war. The artwork depicts four US Marines on a beach carrying flags with more Marines landing in the background. The poster was originally published in 1917. A great gift for any war history aficionado! I digitally restore the raw scans of these 100+ year old posters and make them much more suitable for printing, but I do my best to keep them as close to original as possible.
