"We are saving you, YOU save FOOD"

"We're saving you, YOU save FOOD" reads this public service announcement poster from the Canadian Food Board that was created during World War 1. It was intended to promote conservation of food at home so more can be sent with the soldiers to Europe. Posters like this were widely distributed from 1914 to 1918. The artist was E. Henderson. A great gift for any war history aficionado! I digitally restore the raw scans of these 100+ year old posters and make them much more suitable for printing, but I do my best to keep them as close to original as possible.
